Here is his EasyCGI web hosting review:
EasyCGI is tough to learn because of the Windows platform. Even getting a simple wordpressblog seemed like a chore. I highly recommend anyone that doesn't need IIS, ASP, or other Windows-only requirements stay away and go with some other linux based web host.
Their technical support seems to easily frustrate because I made the mistake of thinking "Hey, I use Windows so I probably need Windows web hosting." Man, had I known WTF I was getting myself into. Windows hosting is actually 10x harder to learn and adapt to than plain linux web hosting.
No fault to EasyCGI on this sure, but I feel locked into this 12 month package so I got to use it until then.
If you are a Windows developer or something and need a live server to test stuff on, EasyCGI might be a great answer for you. I, however, am just trying to run a few sites with forums, blogs, etc. and its a nightmare.
